Unable to contact number and/or email provided to cancel subscription. No return communities, continued to charge every month. Unknowingly was signed up for a subscription service at $97/month. Tried to contact the phone number and email provided countless times over a 9 month period. No way to cancel hidden subscription charge. Have paid over $800 so far. Have not yet received a refund or received a call back in over 9 months.

SCAMMED OUT OF *** I purchased the business plan product for *** and then it took me to a video I could not skip. I was unable to get out from the video and when it ended another pop up showed for me to add another service. I declined it and it took me back to the video page. Nothing else! I saw in my statement that I have been charged the *** and I attempted to call customer service numerous times and I left a voicemail. It always goes to a voicemail. I tried going through the chat and someone came on saying they will be with me in a moment and then cancelled the chat. I got an email from customer service congratulating me on my purchase and I replied with I want a refund. No response from anyone. Call or email. TOTAL SCAM. I want my *** otherwise I will be going to the police with this.

Billed $485.00 NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL.. WHEN I CALLED , VOICE MAIL SAID LEAVE A MESSAGE, I DID. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. BAD BUSINESS! March X XXXX I signed up for a 30day free trial of Growthink to grow my business. On April 1 I was billed $97.00 recurring purchase On April 10th I called their 800 # to cancel my subscription. I received a voice message that said someone would return my call. No one ever did. On May 1st & May 31st they billed me $97 each time On May 5th 10th I called their 800 # to cancel my subscription. I received a voice message that said someone would return my call. No one ever did. On July 1st I was billed 97.00 again On July 5th 10th I called their 800 # to cancel my subscription. I received a voice message that said someone would return my call. No one ever did. On August 8th I filed a dispute with my bank Fifth Third four payments of $97.00 On August 20th I received a letter from my bank that the dispute failed to recover my funds. On August 21st I cancelled my credit card so that no more charges would be placed on my account. On May 18th I received an email stating that my balance was now $

The original sales page specifically states that when purchasing the business plan template you WILL NOT have ongoing monthly fees, but you will have FREE access to Insiders Secrets to raising Capital and Productivity Secrets. Nowhere does it talk about an ongoing subscription to the Insiders Circle, or a one off payment for a product called Presentation Magic. The ad copy also states a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. The total cost was meant to be *** I did not intentionally sign up for "Presentation Magic" *** or the Insiders Circle (monthly subscription). However, in the post payment invoice, both products are listed, which I didn't even notice till checking my credit card statement in August. I have contacted them several times by email asking for refunds, and to have the subscription cancelled. I have had to fight (what a joke "no questions asked"!), and was told the 100% guarantee doesn't apply to the Insiders Circle & presentation Magic, only the Template. The issue is...I DID NOT CONSCIOUSLY BUY THESE TWO PRODUCTS. The ad copy for the Business Plan Template which is the ONLY product I thought I was purchasing, DID SAY money back guarantee. To date: one refund payment for the August subscription has been made. However they refuse to refund the first monthly payment (July), and have not explained why I was charged for the Presentation Magic product. Then a further monthly charge to my credit card was made in September, and I had to ask again for this to be refunded, which is was. The first monthly payment of *** the *** are yet to be refunded however. Their conduct is misleading AND fraudulent. It is a scam.

Growthink, and more specifically *** are criminal in their advertising method of pop up marketing. They scammed *** from me Growthink, and more specifically *** are marketing with a "key prompt multi popup" video ad campaign that lures in senior citizens like myself into believing they are getting one thing, but in reality are getting nothing but a bunch of deceptive key prompt popup offers costing more money, falsely misleading an assumption that the additional plans are required to get to what you want...a quality Business Plan (BP)...in an accelerated timeline. On Feb 11th 2020 following a google search for "Business plans fast" I initially purchased the Growthink Ultimate Business Plan template for 72$. It is a very deceptive and highly lucrative scam for ***. *** in under 10 minutes scammed 666.00 (odd number right) from my company Snakebyte Productions and Entertainment Group, LLC. I am a single owner senior, *** years old. What started with an enticing ad that had numerous testimonials, (one stating they were able to build their plan "in a few hours") ..was truly deceptive. Because that was what I exactly needed... a quality plan in a few hours...I needed it ASAP on February 11th for a real estate purchase that had to go down immediately, as my interested investor requested the BP and White Sheet... Instantly after purchasing the first 72$ BP Dave and his deceptive market tactic using popups lured me into believing i needed more than the 72$ "Growthink Ultimate Business Plan Template" I initially purchased. The method is genius. Dave charges instantly for the first 72$. Immediately after the payment has been authorized, embedded into the process, a second misleading video popup of Dave interrupts the process of that first purchase..."But wait a minute. you need this too"...a 2nd misleading video of Dave in "fast sales talk" explaining that you can achieve an "expert BP" with an additional purchase of the "Growthink Expert Market Delivered". Although Deceptive in nature, by this point I believed I was going to need this as well to get what I needed, faster and easier ...potentially that night when i needed it.The second video also led me to believe my 72$ plan would now include a more successful prospectus of data that could translate to an seamless success to fund my BP. ... Immediately as the computer took the money for the second option, another popup video of ***, further enticing me that I also needed the "Ultimate Money Raising System"... The deceptive popups, in haste from my goals of getting to the initial 72$ BP I purchased (deemed "ULTIMATE Business Plan") ...and due to the the duress I was under to get quickly to what I needed out to our partners, I accepted that portion of the service provision as well.(admittedly like a fool, I feel now)...As I clicked the mouse I started to realize instantly, something is up here...as it first crossed my mind, this is a scam..."dont do it"... but remember, I desperately needed this BP and I needed it quick...that night... I had that initial ad testimonial stating it could be accomplished in a few hours!...So I foolishly accepted that 3rd prompt as well, ...if anything, just to move along and get to what I originally needed...the template...for 72$. I was emailed by a woman that she needed some questions answered to get a template designed and back to me. I answered the questions best I could as they didnt really fit my exact plan we were building...so oi did the best i could with the generic nature of the questions... Our plan is more complex than simple as we are a multi service company. I never heard back from this lady, but what I did receive was more popup emails from ***. As a note, the downloads that came with these purchases... a *** joke... 100's of pages of data and text that there was no way I had time for... a college course on building a business plan, which is not what I signed up for with the first 72$... I was led by the google search for an immediate business plan template.
