I was led to believe that I would have $1000 to spend on grocery at the store of my choice for about $5. It was to be a part of a study on spending habits. The young man then tried to send $25 walmart gift cards and then proceeded to "speed read" the details of this promotion. I was able to hear that cards were free for a few days then I would pay $19.95 per month for each card. I said no. He tried to re-explain how great a deal it was. I said no. I said no. I said no. He got agitated that I refused this supposed great deal. I fear what will come in the mail now.
By the time I received the coupon book, I learned that I would then have to PURCHASE THE COUPONS and wait for them to be sent. I ignored the warnings while on the phone, but I am closing the bank account that was linked to it.

Stephanyj couldn't have siad it any better. The same exact thing happened to me. If I told you what I went through, I would be saying the same exact thing that she said. Don't be tricked into giving out your account info.
