I too fell for the $3.95 shipping only offer for the green tea diet pills. I received the bottle with 10 capsules with no info whatsoever in the envelope and no return address. 10 days after my initial trial offer, I was charged $79.99 on my card. The telephone number [protected] (attached to the transaction info, it told me to refer to the website I purchased my product. When I went to the website, it was only an order form. No contact info, no NOTHING! IT IS A SCAM.

I will be filing a fraud case with the credit card company! I have not received any other product from this company except for the 10 pills!

I too have been ripped off, just as everyone else. This company has got to be stopped. I did cancel my order and still got the pills and got the charge as well. I will contact my credit card company to refuse the charges.

It's the same story for me not even 10 days and they charged my
account $79.99, so I got the phone # and made the call thought I was done and it was over but, it didnt happen they sent me more ### and billed and got another $79.99 ! So I called my bank, guess what the Banks have alot more info. than we think they
have, the lady called the company and put me on line and I spoke with a live person and told her in more than a few words
what was going on, and she put a stop on everything gave me a
confirmation # and that it well not happen again !The lady at the bank was still on the line and had mentioned if any more trouble to call the bank again.

I, too, have tried to cancel this product from the above campany and have never reached a live person with whom I could lodge a complaint.
I will be instructing my bank not to honor their withdrawal on my card even if I have to change my card these scammers will NOT be getting any more of my money

I also want to cancel my subscription, and do not charge my account $79.99. I've tried getting ahold of the company with the same # and no luck!

I have no one to blame but myself for my own stupidity. My friend Dr. Nicholas Perricone's visage was used in the promotion of the ad (re. Acai Berry), and I made the stupid assumption that he had something to do with it, and therefore had some veracity. Remember what they say about assuming? Well it definitely applies here. Dr Perricone has absolutely nothing to do with promoting these products and has been ripped of, as have we. He has a suit pending against these people, as we speak. I have found a way to cancel these orders (at least they say I canceled them), the proof will be in the pudding, as they say. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for each individual product. The site you go to is;

www.gohelpnow.com

The site is pretty much self explanatory and you will have to repeat the process for each individual product, if you were enough of a dolt to have bought more than item, you might have bought.
Good luck. And let us all put our thinking caps on, next time.

Folks let's stop these thieves, how about a class action suit for fraud? I am tired of being taken advantage of. nowhere in their ad was there any info about how much or even that they would charge for an unsolicited subscription to this product(s) I am willing to sign an affidavit to this effect are you? I sent the product back to them at my own expense and told them to cease and desist and now I've received more product. When I went to the post office they told me I could simply refuse delivery which I did and I am writing them to confirm my disgust with them as well! I have receipts for the first return and witnesses at the post office that I returned the items unopened.
I will go to my bank Monday and tell them to refuse further charges from this company.
