I too fell for the $3.95 shipping only offer for the green tea diet pills. I received the bottle with 10 capsules with no info whatsoever in the envelope and no return address. 10 days after my initial trial offer, I was charged $79.99 on my card. The telephone number [protected] (attached to the transaction info, it told me to refer to the website I purchased my product. When I went to the website, it was only an order form. No contact info, no NOTHING! IT IS A SCAM.

I will be filing a fraud case with the credit card company! I have not received any other product from this company except for the 10 pills!

I agree and I am cancelling my order, do not charge mt credit card $79.99 . The call search number no longer works so you cannot get in touch with anyone. I don't see Oprah, puttting her name out there if she new this information Please contact me and let me know my order has been cancelled.

The same goes for me.I received my bottle of pills today and wanted to cancel my order .I found out that this is some sort of scam.I hope my credit card will not be charged $79.99.I also tried calling 866 289-
8740 with no success.

I have to agree with all of the above. I have tried also to cancel the order and only get a recording and no human. I will call my bank on Monday to cancel with them any futher inquires on my credit card and try and stop your charge for $79.99. I don't believe that lady O would like this either!

I do not want this product. I have it and still no change. I even increased my workout schedule and nothing. Im still the same weight.

Do not go into my account and take out any more money without my promission.

I too got the bad news as well. someone must stop them. this is all bs
I will be contacting my lawyer as well. I have been calling and get nowhere. and the cc company says I must speak to them first before they will stop the charges. LSH-fl

I too fell for the scam. I have not received the green tea trial product as of today. I am closing my bank account to stop the unwanted charges. This company should feel disgraced, they will not be able to build a customer base if they continue to rip every body off. I too am contacting a friend, who is a consumer watchdog/lawyer.

I signed up for their hoodia one and now found this site the unsubscribe site is amazingly down now that I want to cancel my order so idk what I should do I want to cancel my order.

I didn't even get any paperwork with my bottle. Just the envelope had a shipping address on it so I wrote a letter to the company complaining that they have made it impossible to cancell any further orders. I talked with my bank today and the number they gave them was [protected] which tells you to go to the web site if you want to cancell but then again the web is site is not working so you can't cancell any further shipments. Your right, they have to be stopped.

I am writing to tell you not to charge my credit card for any additional shipments of Green Tea.

I strongly disagree with you methods of sale. I received pills with no information and had to hunt for your web site. However, the web stie was not up and working. I was told it would be on the literature I received with the product.

I will print this info to confirm the message to cancel my subscription.

I ordered a free 1 month supply with a 10 trial period of Hoodia Fen by the same company they only sent me 10 pills and didn't even wait 10 days to bill my account for the next shipment the only thing I have is a website that doesn't exist. I had to put a stop payment on my account so they don't continue to bill it not to mention the items that bounced because I wasn't expecting it to run again that soon. I want this cancelled and my account refunded asap.

I have again tried to contact this company to no avail. DO NOT DARE TAKE ANY FURTHER CHARGES FROM MY ACCOUNT ! I married to a Judge and I have at my disposal unlimted Lawyers that would love to take you on, so go for it!

I have tried searching for a phone number or some type of way to communicate with your company and no luck. My credit card was charged the $ 79.95 also. I do not wish to participate in this program. I need everthing cancelled ASAP! I'm going to try to dispute this charge on my account!

I became a victim of this scam aswell. I was told that I would receive a free bottle of pills and pay only $3.95 for shipping. That same night charges apllied to my account for $34.95 and $9.95. I have been unsuccessful in unsubscribing and unable to speak with anyone by phone I am told there is no phonenumber for customer service.

i ALSO AGREE WITH COMMENTS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. i WAS SCAMED OUT OF 79.95 WHICH I DID NOT KNOW UNTIL JUST TODAY, SO i ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE THE GREENTEA PILLS iHOPE YOU USE THIS ADVICE. oH ALSO I TRIED CALLING THE # LISTED & IT SAID NO LONGER IN SERVICE.eTC.

I've tried contracting this company to cancel the order because I was unaware that they were only senting 10 piles. Each email failed stating false email address. If, this is a contract person to cancel, then I'm requesting to cancel and that no other monies are taken out of my account.

I just got my bottle of pills and was trying to cancel and found this web siteI have called the nuber they called me from and they are noit answering This is great and also the very reason I usually won't order from the computer. I guess I should follow my instincts closer. What can we do?

I have also received 10 green tea pills and no instructions, no nothing with the 10 pills i received. I want this order stopped NOW. WILL GO TO THE BANK AND HAVE MY CREDIT CARD CANCELLED.
I Was scammed by this low life, so called Company. Newton Kansas.

I also feel that I was taken for a ride. My bank account was debt of a free trail, pay only the shipping charge of $3.95. An maybe two weeks later I was charged $79.95. I have not received either product. I spoke with my bank and they are looking into this as a fraud case. I think that all of these e-mails should be sent to Oprah. Or we should sent our own e-mails to her. She might be able to help.
I agree with every one else. I followed all the steps to cancel, nothing worked.

I'm very disappointed with the shipping. As stated above no number to contact about canceling order on credit card for the amount $79.99. I still haven't opened order of pills and still haven't received my original order for $3.99. The way the Website is setup you have no control of ordering this over priced diet pill..

Do me a favor and put your complaint site on your advertisement and than let's see hoew good your product and services are. I wonder if Oprah has read this site of complaints.

I am requesting that we all call the Better Business Bureau and Home Land Security for fraud.

What a fraud I also got charged 79.95 without my permission I asked for a refund nothing but a voice mail message. I am fighting this charge with my bank. I also wrote to OW to inform her and her staff that she is putting her name on an endorsement that is a FRAUD and people like myself who work hard for what little money we make were taken for $79.95 and to me this is alot.

I am not done with this I want my money back and I entend to get it.

I fell for it too. I called my credit card company, and they are on the watch for you folks. I am lucky, you haven`t tapped into my account as of yet. I also am prepared to contact my lawyer to get this resolved if need be. What you are doing is a disgrace. Look at all the good customers you have betrayed. I think the BBB would love to take care of this matter. Not to say what Oprah is going to do with this scam. So, as many others have requested, I am requesting that you cancel my account with this company right here and now. Have you thought about the restitution involved? Think about it!

I also was scamed. I have spoke with my bank to see if they could get my 79.99 back from the low lifes . I did email Oprah, I am waiting for an answer. I hope someone or somehow this is stopped.

I have the same problem I have been charged for unwanted bottle even after I complained on their website when I ordered free trial with paying for shipping only! When they came back on website saying I would be getting charged once a month for a bottle I wrote them a nasty reply. I also wrote one to the website I got it off of a survey site for beverages! I said they should be ashamed also for doing business with a bad company!

I wanted to try the free trial of the greentea diet pills and as i went through to paying my shipping and handling you said that my card will be charged 79 dollars per month for this. I DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT EVERY MONTH! I wanted to try my free trial and that was it. If i liked it, i would order it again but i don't want to be charged every month for this product. I want to cancel my subscription if you are going to charge my card. Please take me off of your listings and do not charge my card.

I like the others above was deceitfully ripped-off. I opted to receive the small bottle of ten capsules.on a trial basis with the option to order more at a later date, if I chose to do so. And, just like the others I paid with my debit card for the $3.97 trial size with 10 capsules. then just a few days later I received another bottle in the mail which I did not order. When I checked my banking account.that same week I found a charge of $79.95 but, could no record of any purchase for this amount. So, I went to my bank and ask them to look up the name of the payee for that purchase to my account. They told me it from performancehealthusa.com but, there was no phone number nor any other method of contact info. I am hereby notifying you and any of your affilliates that, I am immediately notifying my bank to not grant or authourize any more payments to you, EVER...!

I order afree trial I received 10 pills that suppose to be free $3.97 cent before I order the free trial I spoke to the customer
service I told them I don't any money charge in my account beside $3.97 I said if deside to order I will call back I didnt call them to order anything from them I got charged twice in my bank card $79.95 I want all my money back in my account
I will follow the law suit agains the company they don't even
send any information with the pills no phone number to contact
because they new thats is scamed people I will hunt this company down I work very hard for my money I have 8 kids to
taken with my money i will follow the law suit i did not order
