12/15/25 we tried to get a refund to our funding account and we could not so out of frustration we closed the account. I was assured we would receive the funds back into the account by that Friday. It is now Wednesday 12/24/25 and the transfer has not happened. I called this morning and the said it was mailed and that it will take 10-14 business days. It was said that it was because the account was closed. The account was closed because of the difficulty getting the transfer. They never emailed or called to let me know they were making it. To Mae things worse. We have moved and are no longer at that address in the last month. The have now told me it will be another 3-4 business days to transfer it. The check will have to be voided that they claim they mailed. They mailed a check that is over $3,800 dollars without any notification and different from what they claimed they would do.
