Great Falls Nail & Spa review: Unethical behavior from owner

Do NOT consider Great Falls Nail & Spa! This SPA should NOT be in business.
I believe the owner to have a sadistic demeanor and here is why. I took my mother out for a girl's day outing to include lunch and a SPA appointment. The owner of Great Falls Nails performed the most painful pedicure and manicure on my mother (she is 80) but appears much younger. Instead of removing the polish with foils she soaked my mother's fingertips in the solution - my mother explained after some time that the solution was burning her hands and the owner ignored her. While her hands were soaking, she worked on her feet - cut her cuticles to the point where they bleed. It was obvious that my mother was in pain and kept wincing and pulling back her feet. It gets worse: Finally, when it was time for the polish on her finger nails (dipping powder) the owner appeared agitated and was very rough with my mother while sanding her nails, my mother did not want to continue with the appointment. My mother (who regularly gets SPA services) just moved into the Great Falls area thus the reason we tried a new SPA. It is important to note that during the whole time the owner was on the phone making other cancellations/appointments.
In summary: The owner obviously does not respect older people and did not care that she was hurting my mother. To try to protect other people from this experience I will be posting this review in as many sites as possible.
