We have not used this service for years. A couple of years ago, they called with what seemed to be an interesting special. I agreed. However, what I did not know is that I was signing up for a yearly billing on my credit card. This hit a few days ago for $214. I called to have them remove the charge but they said that I should have called 30 days in advance. I would have if I had been given notice. However, none was given. That is not right.
