Gravity Auto Sales review: Car / contract / promise

In September 202, I purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan from Gravity Auto Sales in Marietta, GA. At the time of purchase I promised a few things if I brought the car from them. One of the things I was promised was a one metal key insert that goes into the fob, to unlock/lock the doors if the fob wouldn't work and I was promised an extra key/fob.

I have yet to receive the mental key insert and the extra key/fob. I have called numerous and have been lied to since September 2021. I have been very patience and very understanding. That hasn't got me anywhere and it's going on a year since I have purchased the 2015 Porsche Macan. Blaine Major has been the manager at Gravity Autos that has been telling me lies and been giving me the run around. I even have audio of Blaine Major and I having a conversation about the key and audio of me calling trying to speak with Blaine Major and the employee being rude and hanging up on me.

That day was the last day I have tried to get this situation resolved. So, here I am and I wanted almost a year before I took it this route.
