Grand Crowne Resort Capital Vacations review: Timeshare ownership

We are very disgusted and disappointed with our timeshare with Capital Vacations. We used the first timeshare we had, but we did not use the timeshare when it became Capital. When we purchased with Capital, we were promised a cruise, and that never happened. When I tried to follow up on the cruise, we were given excuses and the runaround. We met with William Smith and felt like everything he told us was a lie just to make a sale. Capital Vacations has ignored us and has not offered to assist us. Capital Vacations needs to be closed to the public. This is absolutely unacceptable.
