I recently gotten the premium feature on Grammarly (on 11/19/19 around 9pm-10pm). However, I was charged $139.95 instead of the $11.66 a month. I was wondering how I could receive a refund, as I am only a high school student and I did not expect to be charged the full year's price. I have only used the account for less than 24 hours. I hope I can receive an answer back as soon as possible, because I am currently panicking.

I signed up for Grammarly thinking that is was for $11.99 monthly charges, but I was charged $139.95.
I felt misled and violated by Grammarly because it was advertised that there would be monthly charges and NOT a whole year charge in advance. When I made the purchase, I didn't receive a confirmation of the payment, NOR did I get a receipt.
It would be great if you can refund my amount. The advertisement clearly says $11.66/month. I need a refund.

I cancelled my susbcription two days ago, a few minutes after my upgrade. I requested a refund but my request has been ignored. I created another request and the previous one was closed right away. I wonder why they closed my today's request right away but haven't been abel to give an answer to me.

I think their customer service is really bad. I would appreciate getting a response through this website.

I thought I cancelled my annual Grammarly subscription, but I received a $139.95 charge today which would be for the whole year. I really don't want to use Grammarly Premium anymore and would prefer to just use the free version. I've also filed a support ticket in the Grammarly website. If there was any way to immediately cancel my premium subscription and refund the charge, that would be great. Thank you :)

On 29/10/2019, I was misled into thinking that to upgrade to Grammarly Premium, the costs will only be 11.99; when I submitted my payment, the deductions were 139.95, not 11.99 - I'm a student from Namibia. As a student, I can't afford deductions like this on my account because of misled information. I have sent emails to Grammarly and the status of the request I made states resolved. The only response I got was that they would get back to me; this does not mean the request is resolved!

I choose to upgrade to a premium option with Grammarly to check my grammar and plagiarism. Unfortunately, the plagiarism checker is only for the content on the internet. It does not include passages from books or scholarly articles.
On the other hand, they are a bunch of thieves. They claim that the option is monthly, which I bought. However, it automatically renews your option, and they take your money (without any notifications). They do not even provide a customer service option to make claims.
I would not recommend putting your bank details with them.

I would never use it again.

The Grammarly service I had on my Mac Safari has disapeared. Why is this and can you install it again please? I am 77 years old and need help with these issues that get more and more complex. Apple chat tried to get Grammartly back but failed.

I mistakenly order my document for human proof reading to grammerly but I send cancellation request within 2-3 min but 300 $ deducted from my account it's very huge Amount the grammerly is that if u cancel ur order request immediately your request is approved and money is refund back to your account I mail again ana again to grammerly support centre but request is still unresolved plzzz help me

On September the 18, 2019 I received an E-Mail from you, Offering an upgrade
to experience the full power of Grammarly by upgrading to Premium.
I took the bait and upgraded to Premium, gave you my Discover Credit Card. My Credit Card was charged immediately, and my upgrade never came through.
Since then I have been trying to get in touch with you to inquire about it, no luck whatsoever to be able to do that.
My Credit Card Company gave me your Telephone number, to no avail since whatever your needs are, (3 extensions) you can't get a human and are given a net site where people gets the run-around all over again.
I need to get in touch with a responsible human being that can level with me
My Discover card was charged for $69.98 supposedly for a year of Premium service.
I have copies of your mail offer, my signed up, my Credit Card Information that I could Fax to you. (can't get a Fax number either)
If I don't hear from you, I'll have to reverse charges to my credit.
Sorry, but this is a very bad way to do business.

I keep getting emails asking why I haven't used Grammarly, from Grammarly. I know that I purchased a product, but do not know which one. At any rate have never been able to download it. Please just refund my original purchase price, as trying to contact anyone person-to-person associated with this outfit is impossible to achieve. So I have paid for a product which I have never used. Request refund.

Can you please give me a refund of the money that I was charged with. I barely made it today and haven't used it. I signed up for Gammerly.com. I signed up for a 11.00 a month, but it took over 100.00 dollars out of my account. This isn't right I thought it was going to take 11.00 dollars out of my account each month. But, boy wasn't I wrong. They honestly need to be specific next time. I just want me money back. The incident was that I was trying to do monthly but it did the whole year I would really like a refund please I have tried to contact the support center but they have not replied, I did many complains but it said it was solved but in the text it says "This request was closed and merged into request #1888713 "I'd like to cancel my subscription"

I had accidently purchased an premium subscription thinking it was for 11$/month and ended up paying 139$. I tried getting in touch with grammarly support the next day and explaining to them that I would not require a yearly subscription. I requested for a refund of the unused amount however have not received a response from them.

Every follow-up ticket logged with support is marked as solved.

I have been charged AUD 206 from my kids dad account. I don't have access to any grammar my account and I have never received a reminder. I'm also away that you have a promotion these days. I'm wondering how this has happened. Please take action to refund the AUD 206/- back to his account. I don't have any contacts and if I was aware about this I could have informed not to charge on to his account. Despite they have a promotion of offering g 50%.

I have already tried to talk to a representative on Grammarly but no one have gotten back to me yet. I was charged $139 and I demand a refund. It has been 19 hours since I have submitted my complaint. I would really like to get in contact with a representative of Grammarly so I could resolve this issue. I did not use any of the premium features as soon as I found out they had taken that amount from me I unsubscribed immediately. Grammarly claims to have a 24 hour live online system but there has been no one who contacted me. I've also emailed their support line but still yet no one has contacted me, I'm extremely upset. Signed up for Grammarly yesterday thinking that is was for $11.99 monthly charges, but I was charged $127.90! It said that it would be billed monthly, not annually. I want a refund. I feel I was misled and after immediately trying to cancel the premium subscription. You have also made it hard to contact customer support with your contacts hidden. I hope this will get resolved fast!

I thought I had signed up for the premium trial and would get charged each month after that. However, I was just hit with a whopping $540 charge to my debit card. I can absolutely not afford this and am trying to get a refund. I have cancelled my subscription and sent in a request but no answer yet. It is still saying I have premium until 9/11/2020.
To make matters worse is they never sent an email warning about the trial ending or even a receipt for the $540 charge! Luckily, I caught it right away because I have a text messages service for my card that alerts me to any uses.
