Gramercy Construction Corp review: Roof repair

I entered into an contract with the company on 8/6/2013 with install new 30 year Timberland shingles. Roof problem started in March 2020 I called his company and he came and told me $350 to fix the roof. I did not agree, he would have to do it for a free under warranty. I told him this roof just 7 year old. He left. I called another company that fix it my roof. I asked them why the roof began to deteriorate ahead of time. They said that company that made roof for you did it poorly and not professionally. On March 15 2022 I discovered a new problem in a different part of the roof. I called 3 different companies they arrived at different days and hours and told me, that the company that made the roof for you did not do it good faith hammered nails in the wrong place. I called on March 22 2022 to that company that made the roof for me. He came on March 23 2022 and told me why you did not call me. I told him that you asked me for $350 He said that I did not ask you for money. And said that I did everything right repairing the roof. We did not have a conversation and he left.. I paid a lot of money for roof repair. He should return my money and I will find another roof repair company.
