In the purchase of a generator/inverter from this company (at a price, to good to be true), I was given a tracking number for the courier,"China Post" that gave me the departure date and the arrival date, as arrived in destination country.

Purchased product on August 11,2021, followed the track for 105 days trying to maintain patience. Then the tracking number expired and the courier said"no tracking number found", with no way to communicate with the courier, I wrote back to the company that I purchased from. First response was generic, "order complete" with the recourse suggested.
