However, upon arrival, I noticed that one of the mugs had the wrong saying on it. Naturally, I was disappointed, but after contacting their customer service department and sending a picture of the mistake, I was assured that a replacement would be sent to me.

Unfortunately, several weeks went by and I had not received the replacement mug as promised. Still I remained hopeful and held out for it. As the weeks turned into months, I eventually gave up on receiving the correct mug and gifted the one I had to a friend. I should note that she absolutely loved it and has been using it daily!

Although I am still disappointed that I did not get the replacement I was told would be sent, I am overall happy with the product and customer service received from Gossby.com. As time has passed, I no longer have the mug to take a picture of the error, but I did return it back in November as I was instructed to do so.
