GoSite review: Website and merchant services product and fees charged

I Used Gosite to build and manage my website for my Mobile Notary Business (DMG Mobile Notary Services LLC) during the time that GoSite provided the service, the merchant services portion was added but not activated and used.

Billed for 10 months of fees in the amount of $29.99 monthly and an annual fee of $290.00 which was debited from my business account.

I found and contacted PPI Card Connect and Spoke with team member Alejandro who created case#[protected] on 01/03/2023 their phone number is [protected], He stated that the company policy is to not refund fees if the account was not used.
