Google Store Mountain View review: unauthorized payments

I have an unauthorized charge every month for about a year now for $1.99, which isn't much but it's unauthorized! How do I get this money reimbursed to my account? Who do I contact about this issue? My bank said I need to close my account and open a new one which means I have to call all of my creditors and quite frankly it would be a pain in the [censored]! Who can I call to resolve this issue?
