Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, New York. review: Nursing care

My 84 year old was admitted to Good Samaritan Hospital on Dec 23, 2021 for pneumonia and he passed way on Jan 6, 2022. On his final days he was alert and hospital staff talked about discharging him. However, on Jan 6, 22 around noon he started to have BP issues, then 7pm his O2 level went down, 9pm he passed. During the time nursing staff didn't bother to contact family. First call came after he passed. So sad he left without his family around. Hospital denied our rights to be with him during his last day.
