To make matters worse, they refused to replace or repair the ring, leaving me with no other option but to seek an alternative solution.

Their suggestion was rather surprising, to say the least. They advised me to take the damaged ring to a pawn shop and sell it for its scrap gold value. This was not the resolution I had hoped for, as I had invested in this ring with the intention of wearing and cherishing it, not simply discarding it as scrap.

Overall, my experience with Goldia has been quite disappointing. The poor craftsmanship of the ring, coupled with their unsatisfactory customer service, has left me feeling dissatisfied and regretful of my purchase. My wife, bless her heart, decided to surprise me with a ring from Goldia for Christmas. Now, let me tell you, this whole ordeal was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. You see, since it was Christmas time, the return period had already passed. But guess what? I actually got not one, but two responses from them. One of them was all like, "Sorry, buddy, it's too late," while the other one gave me the address and return authorization. Talk about mixed signals, right?

Their customer service skills are severely lacking, and it has left me feeling frustrated and ignored.

In light of this experience, I have decided to report Goldia as a fraudulent company. I am demanding a full refund for the incorrect item they sent me. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to them, leaving several messages and sending seven or more emails, all accompanied by pictures of the product I received and my complaints. Yet, I have not received any response from them.

It is with great disappointment that I advise others against ordering from this company. Their lack of professionalism and fraudulent practices are evident. I urge you to steer clear of Goldia.com, as they are not a reputable or trustworthy company.

I bought 3 things from Goldia.com. I made an account, paid for the stuff and got a confirmation of my order with a promise of getting it in 3-5 business days. The day my order was supposed to ship, they suddenly cancelled it without even trying to contact me. They sent an email after cancelling, saying they didn't have enough stock to fulfill my order. But when I reached out to them, they told me that the thing I bought and paid for wasn't supposed to be sold to me. But hey, that didn't stop them from charging my card and putting a hold on my bank for almost a whole week. That's not my problem, you know? I was able to buy it and they charged me. Plus, there was nothing on the sales page of the item saying any restrictions on who could buy what. Actually, all the stuff on their website I can just add to my cart and buy. This seems like a classic bait and switch to me.
