I love the doctors at GoHealth Urgent Care. Unfortunately, I can not go back. Their billing department is horrendous. I have been trying to get an error fixed since February 28th. That's 2 months! I have contacted them by email 3 times and have never gotten a reply beyond they have received my request and are reviewing it. I have called and spoken to several people in the organization that have told me they can not get things corrected either. My issue is a very simple fix. They submitted to my secondary insurance first in error. All they have to do is resubmit the claim to my primary insurance.
Recommendation: go somewhere else
