My name is Kavitha P
I travelled on 14th May from Leh to bangalore on the flight G8/194. When i recived by baggage in B'lore, it was damaged. Trolley handle pull out button was missing and then the lock was broken.
We spoke to a Goair personnel named Kundan Singh. He took the photograph of the baggage and a written complaint from me.
He assured me that customer care would call me within five working days. I insisted for his contact number and he gave me some number [protected].
5 days passed and i didnt have any kind of commincation from GOAIR. I myself called them, and spoke to a person by name Rajesh. He promised me to call back in 2 hours, but as you expect he didnt bother. Since then i have been calling them almost every alternative day and explaining the entire story to differnt people.
Last week, i spoke to a lady Ranjana Devi. She was little proactive and asked me to send the pictures if i have got them, to [protected]@goair.in . I sent almost immediately. She called back to say she will look into this.
And again nothing happened.
In the meantime I called customer care to check if there was any complaint rasied and there is none.
Is this the way any complaint is handled? Is there someone to really look into this?
