I am complaining about Way2Go company owned by Comerica because I have never received my Way2Go card in my mail nor was I given an ID number since that came along with that card I have not received.

I call Customer Service for Way2Go and sat on hold for over an hour and a half. The person on the other end kept getting my numbers and information wrong when I asked her to repeat them to me.

I was told by her after she was finally able to get through to my account that the card was sent to my address on [protected] nearly three months earlier. She did realize that the card was never activated.

1)She said that they were going to charge me for a new card.

A)I should not have to pay for a replacement of something that I never received in the first place.

2)I never chose this company for a card it was chosen arbitrarily by Child Support Services of Yolo County.

3)I called Child Support Company to ask what balance was on my account and it should have been around $300 but they said I only have $97. on that card.

A)Where did the rest of my funds go if my card has not ever been activated since I never received it?

Desired outcome: That my card is sent to my address and fees and money lost will be recovered and they take responsibility for the losses.
