Three weeks that sent me in circles to banks and atms to use their card. They charged me fifteen(15) dollars to send a new card, then blocked me from reaching an agent.
I call via phone and line says "busy or hangs up immediately" after selecting a prompt for an agent.
They notified six (6) months after breaching their PPI. I am stuck with a card and no access to my money.
They playing games and state says no one can do anything, because they deposited funds to a vendor of theirs, that will not give me my money.
This is FRAUD and false advertisement to consumers.
We forced to use your card for child support and you are not able to assist during the holidays.
This is a mess.
It is 2025!
