Go Program Way2Go Card – Waste of time

This card is for the state of Arizona Unemployment. The website is a mess I am very computer literate, and I had problems setting up my online account. Once set up went in the next day and have been unable to access the account for the last four days. The day after setting up the account. I was advised I was locked out and would need to wait until midnight to try again. I did that and tried to reset password the next day; nothing happened no change still no access to account. I called the number on the back of the card. There is no option to speak with a person no matter which option I picked. There is no number located online to access customer service. This is a joke of a card and a joke of service and the fact that a government office would use this company is scary and sad. If I could I would give half a star.
