I ordered a gokart on 12/12/10 and wired funds for purchase so it could be shipped for Christmas delivery. We revieved an emial that the item was out of stock and the order was cancelled 12/13/10 (1 day after funds were wired). We have contacted the company several times and keep getting the run around about when our money will be refunded. It has now been over 60 days and no one has told us when we will recieve our refund... just that a check is being sent in the mail to us.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
After purchasing a sand sniper 500. I received it to 12/14 to have the drive cable snap after driving it down the driveway. Had to send it out after receivng the replacement cable to have it installed $800 dollars later the new cable snaps. The stick shift has nothing that will stop if when going forward and as a result the cable will snap every time!after being advised they might have a strap to help with this design flaw they now don't want to help us with the u it. It is a GIANT POS! Have spoke With BMS MOTORSPORTS the company that imports. They ragged out our help ticket to the point they now want to claim the warranty is done. We have NEVER DRIVEN IT! I am at the point where I will take both companies to small claims court it's not about the money now it's about keeping other consumers protected. My next call will be the CA State Attorney. BUYER BEWARE!
