GMX Mail review: Total incompetence and complete lack of communication with users.

I have been repeatedly blocked from my email account with no way to get back in. GMX does not care or even respond to emails asking for urgent help. My password has been "successfully" reset NUMEROUS times with GMX STILL refusing to give me access to my email account. One "error" message after another. I have been counseling veterans using this email address and their lives are literally being ruined by GMX's complete failure to allow me to contact them or receive their emails. They have NO phone number to reach them and talk to a human being - just one, worthless web page after another that do not work! All of my past info about my vets is lost! I have no way of knowing who is trying to reach me and what kind of urgent requests they might be making! This is the worst email server I have EVER had!
