GMX Mail review: Not trustworthy and will leave you hanging without an explanation.

Is there anyone really working here to contact customers? Over the last few days me and a few other hundred customers have complained and reported when we log in we're sent to their HELP Page. No explanation. Zero. Nada. Zilch. Nothing. Have contacted them and no response. This account unfortunately is associated with other accounts that send email verifications. I thought they were legitimate and have had no problems or issues over the past three years. This is both strange and disappointing and don't let the "tone" of my review fool you. I don't like companies, that do not respond to their customers. I'm going to look into who else I can report them to.
