I ordered sea glass tree ornaments that were never delivered. Company claimed they were delivered 10/21; however when I followed up with the post office they have no records and said tracking number provided is missing 3 digits. I have contacted Glowfip and they claim it’s between me and the shipping company. Glowflip provided shipping method to USA not me. They advised it’s not their problem but between me and the shipping provider.
