The Supreme Court in Downtown Brooklyn is corrupt and fraudulent. The Judges are routinely bribed to sway cases. Judge Gloria Dabiri and her law clerks routinely accept bribes from large corporations and Hospitals . One such case involved medical malpractice claims. Judge Dabiri accepted grafts from Defendant Hospital to discard the lawsuit under Summary Judgement.
New York state courts are run like brothels. The lawyers play political favors with the judges. many cases are like USA televesion SUITS. they are dirty dirty people. Dabiri is an idiot with no common sense. If she werent Black she would never be on the bench. She is a product of affirmative action in New york State.
I am a a Plaintiff in a case foreclosure case, that is under the rule of Dabiri, I am also an out of state attorney. This is the most blatant display of injustice and reverse discrimination I have ever seen in my years of practice. She has no care or concern for the law or any true facts. she is merely bending over backward at my expense to give a complete theif and criminal a free ride. She deserves to be prosecuted criminally for her behavior. For four years the borrower has operated rent free and enjoyed the windfall of not paying me a penny while I had to spend thousands and thousands of dollards trying to get my property back. Dabiri has allowed this to happen.
