Glorespace Staffing review: Recruitment / bench sales marketing services

I am writing this complaint to raise awareness about a consulting company called Glorespace Employment Staffing & Immigration Services. There is a recruiter named Rohit Sharma who approaches job seekers, especially female candidates, and claims that he will help them find job opportunities through bench sales marketing and profile submissions.

He initially takes responsibility for marketing the candidates’ profiles and asks them to make a payment for the service. However, after receiving the payment, he does not provide the promised work and stops properly marketing their profiles. Instead, he starts asking for additional payments and puts continuous pressure on the candidates to send more money.

Several candidates have also reported extremely unprofessional and disturbing behavior. During conversations, he allegedly makes inappropriate and obscene remarks toward female candidates, which creates an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for them. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical in a professional recruiting process.

Because of this conduct, many candidates feel mentally stressed, frustrated, and harassed. Based on these experiences, this company appears to be operating in a misleading and unethical manner.

The purpose of this complaint is to warn other job seekers so they do not fall victim to the same situation. Job seekers are strongly advised to be cautious before trusting or sending money to this organization.

Some candidate have already reported this matter to relevant forums and authorities for further review. This complaint is being posted publicly to increase awareness and help protect other candidates from potential fraud and harassment.
