Global Warranty Corporation review: Claim denial

I brought my car to the dealership for diagnostic due to rattling noises from loosed wheel/bearing; It deemed unsafe to drive so we had to proceed with the repair at this dealership who is not associated with Global Warranty.

Global Warranty refused my claim based on a technicality clause in the terms because we didn't use their prefer shops even with all supporting papers and proof of payment.

We had to call them several times to get somewhat a response that our claim is denied.
