I enrolled for a PR visa with Global Tree but really disappointed for the poor response. I have been following up from the past two weeks but not getting any updates.

I enrolled with Global Tree for Canada PR process in the month of March, 2020 and still my application is pending. I don't know why it's delayed. I urge to process my visa as early as possible. I appreciate if it could happen early. I am eagerly waiting for that.

I have my brother at Global Tree who helped me for Australia PR, guided me in filing my application, documentation and everything. He then suggested me to Geeta ma'm who trained me on how to face the visa interview and conducted mock tests too. Hi this is Guna, I have visited Global Tree two years ago for a consultation about migrating to Canada and I was explained all the details. At the last they quoted 80K for the entire process, which I felt is too much for just assistance. But as I tried and failed with applying PR myself, I again went back to global tree on my friend suggestion. My self Ankush Malhotra, I started Job Seeker Visa for Germany process with Globaltree Chandigarh by making payment of Rs 35000 on 02-Jan-2019. As I was told the whole process would take 3 months to complete but It's been almost 5 months no progress at all than in the end i lost my patience and asked for refund of my payment. During 5 months instead of giving updates to their clients I used to call them every week about the updates. I dropped a mail to them on 1st week of May 2019 regarding refund their compliance team replied it will take 3 months to settle the things. Till now no updates after multiple reminders. I added Abhishek as well head of their Immigration department but still no reply.

I have many mail chains to show how irresponsible organisations GlobalTree is towards their clients. I will attach one rude response screenshot as an example.

I Ameen and i approached global tree after the repeated calls from them stating i can apply PR for canada as the education and my work experience is in demand there, i did little bit research and went to talk to them they told for my satisfaction and to see a detailed report they will charge me only 1200 and when the report came it showed positive and they while showing there report stated my profile will get selected very soon in express entry with the IELTS score that i was having that time few days later when i paid 20000 to them they wanted me to write IELTS again as it will lessen the processing time if my score gets increased so i wrote IELTS test for 12500 and i got the result which was nearly same as the previous one.
So my process consultant stated score is good for Provincial program and will for sure get me a PR if not in Express entry criteria.
i gave them more 30000 rupees which was my EPF amount so that they can start the process.
and for starting the process they need my educational assement which is done by WES is what i know and they charged me 15800 again .
and now when i am asking them to clarify the process they are stating that it is depends on the government rules of canada as job code changes from time to time and process consultant is trying to divert the talk and asking me to wait for more time

As discussed with Geetha Arya regarding this, she said that the re imbursement can be given at any point of time.

I really wonder why they are not returning my money that i have paid.
That's hard earned money, how can a company cheat candidates in this way.
So kindly reimburse my money that I have paid.

It's just playing with the aspirants dreams, they are very good at cheating the aspirants by false statements.
And if they think that you are not believing in then they say that you can withdraw your application at any point of time and your money would be refunded,
This is the main tactics they follow to fool and cheat aspirants in this way.
By this the aspirants tend to believe the consultancy and at the end they never respond nor refund.
I have processed my application for Canada.
I am not satisfied, as i see there is no serious from your team regarding my application.
There is no follow up with the clients regarding the updates or any other ways.
As well when i apply to the mails i have received the reply from Canada job sites stating that the citizens who are staying at Canada are eligible.
As a reason i would like to know has i am staying in India how can i apply for the position.
Request to withdraw my application and kindly reimburse money as promised earlier by Suhas consultant.
Then why do the consultants give the false statements.
I have paid 70, 000 rs that's hard earned money how can some body cheat in this way.
I need my money to be reimbursed.
Request higher officials to contact me.

Global Tree manipulated me to enroll for their canadian visa processing suggesting that i will definitely clear the express entry minimum requirements because of my overall experience, age, and family status (which are building blocks to express entry points system) and gave me a false report, depending on which i had enrolled with them, but unfortunately after paying money, they had provided pathetic service via their unprofessional staff. Also, all my money went in vain and after 6 months they told me to wait and keep on waiting until the score comes down. They charge you a fee for 1 year however they dont even refund you any partial amount in case they provide sub standard services. Now its almost an year, and the scores havent come down at all as confirmed by their sales agent and all my money has gone in vain.

Its not only me, but hundreds of folks who are frustrated and have been left with nothing but helplessness.

I am putting this up, to safeguard in public interest.

Global tree people are fraud, they charge money from the students and give fake admission into the foreign colleges . I went to this consulting for F1, and F2 visa (F1 dependent) a couple coming out with tears and screaming fake consultency, fraud consultancy, I came back with out meeting any one in consultancy . Next day I saw a news on deccan chronical about they fraud on visas. I suggest think before go to the people like this.
