If you still need the goods you hope to deliver, you cannot use Global Forwarding Enterprises, LLC located in New Jersey. First, they will attract you by letting you know an unreasonably low shipping price and a much quicker than usual speed. However, once they get your belongings, they will start to play! They will tell you that your stuff is heavier and bigger than they thought and therefore the price is doubled! They will also tell you that the moving company they used has problems so that they will have to use another company and etc...in order to make their unreasonable delay sound reasonable. For my case, they were late for 13 THIRTEEN days!

What's more terrible is that they make unauthorized charges once they know your bank information. In addition, when the goods reach me, all of them were badly damaged!

Dear Friends, for your own sake, never use Global Forwarding Enterprises, LLC!

To clarify and to remind people who is still planning on using Global Forwarding Enterprises, LLC ("GFE"): It's been over a year and I still remember very clearly. GFE has a person called Joseph, who does very good marketing by telling you how fast and efficient they are. Once you sign the contract, the tragedy starts. GFE also has a person called Damian, who will make up all kinds of excuses for the delay, further delay, and further delay as well as shipping cost increase, further increase, and further increase. To stay away from trouble, you should stay away from GFE.

If you’re looking to have a at home, employer DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I started working for this company

10/06/2022 through the holidays as a remote carrier shipping USPS, UPS,

FedEx, Amazon packaging. I never received a payment that was promised through email in central portal. After calling and emailing the necessary people I was magically removed from this intro portal that I've already took in plenty of screenshots for evidence that I did work for this company and did not receive payment at all.

I will be taking legal actions and contacting the Better Business Bureau

I have used global forwarding on multiple occasions and never had a problem, the comment above is probably for a one time shipper who does not know international business.

If you want to get your container on time and have quick useful responses to all of your questions, then use another company. I used this company 2 times and both were bad experiences. I should have known after the first time but I guess I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong especially after using other companies and seen how smooth the move is supposed to go. Global forwarding seem to be uneducated or inexperienced in this line of work. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company.

The Joseph is Joe Mercandante, currently the VP of sales for the company and I do not believe that Damian works there. They are simply resellers or Global Tranz rates. And I have recent emails from Joe, and other members of this company, as well as correspondence with global tranz stating such. This complaint board is for complaints not blatant lies " John Willinger"

To Clarify Joseph and Damian were NOT part of Global Forwarding Enterprises and used Global Forwarding's name without permission. Global Forwarding enterprises conducts business in a very professional manner. You can always reach any executive at Global Forwarding Enterprises by just calling [protected] at anytime.

This makes no sense. I have been doing business with them for years, and any issues with shipping they have been courteous and extremely helpful in resolving all matters amicable. I've been freight shipping for decades, and it sounds like you had a rebill which leads from a mistake on the shippers part for misweighing, misclassing or doing something that would lead a carrier to add extra surcharges which are forwarded to the broker and then passed on to the client, once the carrier proves the mistake by showing an authorized scale certificate, or pictures of the item being different than the waybill. A broker doesnt drive the freight themselves, the delay in days and damage should of been reported to them and they would have filed a complaint with the trucker, and reimbursed you. There is minimum insurance on almost all shipping, and you could have been reimbursed by proving the damage, and received a refund for such a delay in transit...that is of course if it was "someone else's" fault.
