Global Exchange Vacation Club aka RCI review: rip off false vacation promise

We purchased the RCI vacation program in March 2019. The is a points exchange program.

1. They promised our first payment would not start until May (after our wedding). That did not happen.

2. We were told we could use our points everywhere. We have not found that to be the case. In two years, we have not found one location we have been able to stay that was a descent looking location. Most of their properties are unacceptable. An not where we want or need.

3. We are required to pay HOA, Maintenance fees and a Premium fee (which I have no idea what that is).

4. I have failed behind on a payment as my husband hours has been cut back. They offered to put one payment on the back of the loan if I sign a statement says I will not be apart of any class action lawsuit. I'm sorry, what does that have to do with helping me with my payment.

I really want to sell our remaining portion but have not been successful in doing so. I do not even care about what has already been paid.

What are my options?
