Glencara Irish Jewellery review: Necklace called celtic knot. Order number [protected]

Disappointed with the quality and weight of this £630 piece bought at the end of April and delivered on 18/5 for my wife"s 70th birthday on 04/06. I had it gift wrapped and neither of us saw it until she opened it on her birthday. She wore it for the first time that day and when she took it off that evening she noticed the safety chain had fallen off and as luck would have it, found it inside her dress. I have lodged a complaint today with the firm asking them to pay for repair at my local jewelers and some compensation.
