GKR Karate review: Poor management

Here in uk manchester I left gkr karate must of been around 10 years ago found this complaint board so I thought to write about them

I was one of their sensei for number of dojos that I would help out in teaching as I had at the time returned to them cause there was problems hated them eventual decided to return to them after few years was gave them chance for a good while things seemed to be better dojos and people working with I was already 3rd kyu (brown belt) when returned to them

Training was going good became one of their sensei but I would be to help in number of dojos but dont do this your not paid so dont do this thinking your going to be paid you have to do recruiting very risky that your basic a door salesman

Eventually made up to had become 1st kyu (brown with 2 black stripes)

Eventually when I was going to attempt my shodan ho grade (black belt) I was failed but it was pretty dam clear that day an people id worked an trained with betrayed me an one word summary about that grading favouritism

People was being passed for grade that shouldnt I had witnesses that saw someone stood in line behind me in his line forgot pattern of one the required grade katas to do he was sneeky watch me move then he did move but he got dam pass got graded, people at either side of me being passed getting grade the amount of times their assessors was going upto correcting them and they still get a pass my assessor never not once came up to me an yet that b*ch said I failed cause
My basics was good but my katas wernt that is a crap stupid assessment how can my basics be good katas bad
If my kata was bad my basics would have to be bad contradiction you cant have one good the other bad cause your katas come from the basics thats how stupid that was didnt make sense

Oh an found out later that she was the zone directors wife so other suspicious thing thier why I was failed an from the looks of her seemed just do assesments but know much yourself the amount stuff im failed on so why the hell did the sensei an people that assess me put me in to attempt the grade in first place how they all said everything looked good they checked

An main people involed that dam regional manager neil thomas was his name
The zone director andrew ward im sure that was his dam name
What you all did to me destroy everything I dam worked an my black belt grading turned into a farce way I was failed
I had overheard that the zone director had a limit of how many people he was going to pass that day
You bunch of favourtism ars*es

Few days after that a left quit for good

It wasnt what you know an skill, it was who you know favourtism all around I could not stay an destroyed all I worked for which was my black belt

Over years time passed far as I know those dam people are no longer even part of gkr anymore

Summary overall helped me in defence an fitness it helped me in many aspects
Just with way was being managed they destroyed all I worked for
