    Anyone in giordano company, perhaps management officer can care about their customer who does not get a good customer service experience from queensbay branch?I have bought a collar shirt from this branch on 9sept, without checking the bottom part which I agree is my careless n trust them wrongly, I brought back the shirt.at the same night I plan to wash these 4 shirts hence i removed all the tags. That moment I saw one of the shirt has a dirty mark at the bottom area. I can't went back that night until I manage to go back today 13sept, they told me: "sorry we can't replace it now due to u have removed the tag (which I still have it on hand with receipt), we have to get KL office to investigate n revert to u, takes estimate 1week time to know answer."what a customer service is this, I have receipt n tag, still nogo, n how I know tag can't be removed if wanna claim, unless I purposely go be promoter in ur company. Anyone can help here?
