Oct 2023 got letter saying I owed $455 b/c I had received UI benefits I was not entitled to; however this wasn't true. I e-mailed & posted mail with documents from my employer showing this was a mistake. Took me until 7/22/224 to get a phone hearing with a Hearing Officer-determined a mistake was made. But 2/26/25-1 yr 4 mos I get letter saying they took my tax refund $473.05. I've called stayed on hold for hours & still havent got to talk to anyone, my e-mails aren't answered either I don't know what else to do
