I hired Genie Bath Systems to put in two bath systems and replace 9 windows. The job was supposed to take two days, but it ended up taking 6 weeks. During those 6 weeks, I found a bunch of problems with the bath system and window installation. When they did the final inspection, they said they would fix everything soon. But I've been trying to follow up for months and they keep telling me there's a supply chain problem or just ignoring me altogether. It's been 2 months since I heard anything from them.
