this was my first online purchase. First time for also purchasing from this company, . Item was shorted from package. customer service was horrible. sent two emails, no response. called, avg time on hold waiting for customer service was 122 hour. finally spoke with rep and they stated that because of the weight of the package, they were sure it was shipped. suggested I call the police department. Called the police department. They said they would not waste time with this.
Therefor no refund for me.
Would not let me speak with a supervisor or anyone else because they would have said the same thing.
Her solution was to buy a more expensive product, pay extra shipping to cover for Christmas.
