My Motorize Foldaway TV Ceiling Mount stop working. It get a loud beep and then doesn't move up or down. Contacted Gecko TV Stands & Mounts and they gave me some reset instructions which did not work at all. I took a video of the issue and sent it through which then took 2 weeks of back and forward emails about the issue. They then said I needed to send the item back to them at my expensive, but because this item is heavy. I advised them it had been over 75 days from my original email about the problem and that was not adequate response time. They have not responded since.
