On July 29, 2022 I applied for 2 Nanny positions with Gateway Nanny Agency, on their website. 3 1/2 weeks later: on August 23, 2022 I called their office to follow up on the applications. They did not answer in person, so I left a very simple message asking them to call me back, and I did not state they reason for my call. Within 2 minutes (on August 23, 2022) they sent me a generic email that said: "They could not process my application at this time." It appeared as a rejection letter with no explanation. So I replied to their email and asked them to please tell me specifically-with transparency and honesty, why they could not process my application. They did not respond to this inquiry. I find that to be very unprofessional, very non-transparent and horrid communication. I give them a very unprofessional review for their Nanny candidates due to this lack of communication and transparency.
