There is never no answer when you call and if you leave a message no one call you back. And they charged us for two orders of materials buy we only got 1 now i can't gat a refund on my card or another order of material for witch we were charged. Plus i need material now and cant even order it. So what gives.
Does anyone have a copy of the original installation software still?
anyone still in the market for one of these? I have one that's been sitting idle since 2007

After some extensive research, i found that certain files can be altered in order to "trick" the cutting machine to do unlimited gasket cuts. it is a .TXT or a .DOC located in the program files. A tech bud of mine will be sending instructions after he and his team break down the program itself. I will share the procedure once it becomes available to me. I did this due the scam being played on Ebay where a "Gasket-On-Demand counter fix" is being sold. Im not spending 159.99 on a company that wasn't professional to begin with.
I have a problem with my machine, it only sizes the material from sideways and stops. The manufacture told me it was the main board. This cutter is no longer being made and parts are very scarce. Was there a driver installed by gaskets on demand to get another cutter to work? i have a full set of material, cutters and machine wont work, even had someone who uses these in the vinyl business and he knows how to avoid the cutting parameters of the sheet size and still wont go past the side sizing of the material.
I have a "Gaskets-On-Demand" machine that we hardly used. Purchased it to augment my industrial gasket business. Machine was still working when we set it aside. Willing to part with it for $500.00, Have some gasket materials and blades that will go with it.

Gosh! I have a small shop which is the North West service center for the old Hodaka Motorcycles. I recently acquired a machine hoping to use it for mostly just Hodaka engine gaskets. I don't make a lot from this to begin with and it is a labor of love. But the program for the Hodaka line is weak and the clutch cover gasket which is used on most all Hodaka engines which the machine cuts is distorted and cannot be used. Is there anyone who can correct or produce a new program which will allow the machine to cut a correct reproduction of the original gasket? Also the program lists the "A"Paper when the gasket should be cut from the "B" paper. Is there anyone able to do this sort of corrections? Ron hodakaronwa@hotmail.com [protected] Spokane WA
I can now update the program to include gaskets for newer machines. Do you need patterns for a new bike or a custom gasket . I can scan an original gasket and update your file to include the new gasket or I can design a new gasket for you. Chris I would love for you to contact me at gasketsondemandfix@gmail.com. I am also working on updating the gaskets that are offered. The last update on these machines was in 2005. That is the reason I am charging for fixing the count on the machine. I love these machines and would like to offer more help but it needs to be a feasible option for me also. I do not own one of these machines but have helped a few people out with them. I do not think it is unreasonable to charge 2 cents per cut to help people out. How much were they paying the original company? 6k is a lot to pay for a machine and a vinyl cutter. It’s the patterns and ability to cut that keep these machines viable.

Don't get ripped off by the fix counter issue for 500.00. The simplest way to reset your counter is to reinstall the program. First you uninstall and then run a search on your computer for all GOD files. If files are still there after the uninstall just deleted them. Then re-run you install disk and you are ready to go.

Just to make it clear Gasketgeek only supports the gasket cutting machines and the materials needed to cut gaskets. We can not support the software beyond the basic installing and removal of that program. That being said we do not add gaskets to the system or have codes for the software. Your original purchase of this system should have come with customer support and additional gaskets added as needed. Thats why it comes with a almost 6k price tag. We've seen many customers being left without support and we are trying to help. And this is with very little if any profit to be made by us. If you can understand our stance and you're happy with the software but having trouble cutting then we can help. In the future we hope to bring customers an alternative method of cutting gaskets. this is the same story we are having..sounds like interstate fraud to me.a federal crime
we have the same problem with her, never answers calls, never can get material or blades and if you try to find material elsewhere she will cut you off completely.happened to someone we know. when you talk to her with is very very rare she has a very ### attitude and excuse after excuse, last time we were told they were having phone issues, but funny how the answering machine still picked up! now just like everyone else who owns a $5000.00 gaskets on demand machine it is uselses.
same thing happened to us but we only use pay pal and they refunded our cash but we still have a useless machine with no paper or blades! Lady that owns company will take your money and orders but won't send anything and you'll have to fight her to get it back! We did some research and found that the company that makes the material will sell it but you have to buy 5000 dollars worth at a time that's maybe why this lady keeps screwing people!
