I wanted to warn everyone about Gameznflix.com. They are a video game and DVD movie online rental company. I signed up for the 2 games/movies out at a time for $12.99/month and was charged instantly. I had over 10 video game titles in my que that I wanted to rent. Well my first game did not ship until 3 days and only after I complained. I waited over a week and my other game never arrived. I complained again and told them that I would dispute the charge on my credit card since I never received the goods (2 games out at a time) I already paid for. Their excuse was all the games I had on my que were "checked-out" by other members and that I just had to wait, if I didn't like their policy I could just cancel my membership since no one is forcing me to use them. Duh! but you guys are in a business, no one forces me to shop at Wal-Mart or fly United but I choose them since they are on of my choices. I wrote the Investment Relations and even the CEO of Gameznflix and told them how their customer service rep is treating their customers. I would love to have their shareholder read this and see all their revenue going out the door since their own people is telling their customers to cancel their membership.

I had a very similar experience with Gameznflix.com. I signed up for their trial but never received ANYTHING!. I went through the required process to cancel but never received confirmation from them. Then they charged my credit card! Still nothing received and I was also locked out of their website. I sent numerous emails to their customer service of top priority and no action was taken. Next month they charged my account again. I called my bank and disputed the charges but they said they couldn't stop them from charging me again. I sent emails to every email address I could find including the CEO demanding a response. Nothing. Next month they charged me again. I called every number I could find on the internet and even got through to their shipping department which told me they couldn't talk to me and hung up. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to stop them from charging me, which was a huge hassel since all my bills were linked there. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR Gameznflix.com SERVICE, ITS A SCAM. Stick with Netflix or Gamefly, two in one is apparently too good to be true. Why this company has not been shut down, I have no idea.

Yeah, I'm still paying for what they call "service." Most games and movies they offer continue to be out of stock. I was sent the wrong version of a movie I selected to rent and when I e-mailed them to complain, they said to simply return the movie and add it to my queue again. Not a big issue if their turnaround time was quick, but it's not by any stretch of the imagination. I've even discovered that certain items had been deleted from my queue or changed to different items. Their website is currently not responding to many of the features they offer. The links aren't working at all. You'd be better off heading to your local Blockbuster.

I just recently cancelled my acocunt with GnF - When I first signed up - I did the 3 games out package for 14.99 / mo. At first the service was pretty good, but after a few months, things started slowing down in terms of my titles being delivered, and being counted as having been sent back. I sent them an email complaining about various features of their site not working and their poor queue management. I had not recivied a title in over 3 weeks. I expressed my concern to them via their ticketing system. My ticket was viewed by 3 different people over a 5 day period with the ultimate solution of "forwarded to our upper management". Ok. So I wait a week after they have "solved" my issue. I recieved a game and a movie that I never put in my queue. I reopend my original troubleticket to complain since it was the same issue. They promptly closed it with no reason. I then called them and apparently everyone in queue management was in a meeting. Their web interface is lacking and prone to numerios 404 (file not found) error messages. They have pop up boxes that you can't reach when trying to select a title to rent. Their support sucks, turn around times are very slow. I will never use them again, and all of the people I work with have canceled their accounts. GameFly might be more expensive, but they sent me titles the first day I signed up that had been sitting in my GNF queue for weeks. I hope GNF either gets with the program or goes out of business.

Terrible service. The free trial is non-existant, i was charged the 12.99 after the first week. When you sign up they fill up your queue with random movies. I deleted them all, and queued up about 7 games, then I get a movie i've never heard of a few days later. Guess I must have forgotten to take that one off my queue? Apparently. I simply return the movie that same day. A whole month has passed and NO games, NOTHING. I've written two letters and same lame answers as above. I cancelled yesterday and called my bank to dispute the charge today. Gameznflix is VERY disappointing and not worth your time.

Just wanted to tell everybody not to rent your games from GameZ'n'Flix! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau for fraud. Just wanted to give a heads up to everyone who's thinking of signing up for their web site, don’t they will over charge your credit card. 94 people have reported GameZnFlix to the Better Buisness Bureau in the last 3 months. Something is wrong, these 94 people can be all at fault!

This company is horrible. It is one scam. I paid for about 6 months and have received, in total, 3 games and 1 movie. For 6 months. I got the same excuse that my game was already out by other members.

This site truly has horrible quality.

Here is my complaint to gameznflix. Its funny they have a few tactics to help customers. The everyone is in a meeting or we will make you a vip are two of their favorites.

I have waited over 4-6 weeks that was quoted since cancelation for a refund. When I call the customer service line I get a run around. I have asked to speak to another representative of your company and I am refused that. I believe 4-6 weeks is long enough to wait for a refund. Whats the deal! I expect to hear by phone from a representative other than Samantha to tell me why my account which was cancelled by phone in January as Samantha explained has not been refunded and when I should expect that refund. Another 30 days is not acceptable, I am expecting the money in the mail ASAP.

I want to remind you that the whole reason for cancelation was your inability to deliver what you have advertised and I payed for. I regretfully cancelled because of your very slow shipping times and run around I received when I called your very poor excuse of a customer service line.

I do not want anymore excuses which your company seems to have many but I want my refund.

Just want to add more so if anyone comes across this SAVE YOUR MONEY cause you can rent games at your local video store for less by the time you'd actually get a game from Gamez N Flix. HORRIBLE turnover on the games, I have over 30 in my queue consisting of PS3, PS2 and WII just to spread things out and I've received 1 in the last month and in 3 months only 5. You'd be better off going with another more expensive rental service or just go to the local brick and mortar store.

I just got off the phone with the "customer service" person at GamezNFlix. I have had a 3-out account for over a year. In the past 8 months, I've had one title out continuously (lost the mailer) and had one title out for a short while. One of my open slots has been continually open for 8 MONTHS now. I called "customer service" and she actually told me that the "system is functioning properly" and tried to tell me that the wait for the titles is just that long sometimes, and that people who are receiving them have been waiting longer than me. WAITING LONGER THAN 8 MONTHS. When I questioned her about the time frame, telling her this made no sense at all and that I needed better answers, she said "I can't move you to the front of the line and I can't manipulate the queue. I am sorry for your delay." She also told me that we can't discuss refunds until I send in the game I have out and close my account. I'm sending it in and closing the account, but I'm not expecting a refund. She wouldn't even tell me whether she thought I would be due a refund, nor would she admit that they had made a mistake in not sending me titles for ALMOST A YEAR. I also pointed out that one of my titles is listed as "short wait or ready to ship", to which she responded "I am sorry for your delay."

I'll let you guys know whether I get my refund, but I'm betting I won't. If I don't, the BBB will be hearing about this (just like the other almost 100 people who have filed complaints with the BBB against GamezNFlix).

You are all wasting your time complaining about GamezNFlix. This was never a "real" company, it was just a penny stock scam -- GZFX. Oh they suckered lots of people in. The website and DVDs were just for show. I'm surprised they send movies at all these days. They have like 3 employees.
