Resolved Gameznflix.com — Terrible customer treatment!
I wanted to warn everyone about Gameznflix.com. They are a video game and DVD movie online rental company. I signed up for the 2 games/movies out at a time for $12.99/month and was charged instantly. I had over 10 video game titles in my que that I wanted to rent. Well my first game did not ship until 3 days and only after I complained. I waited over a week and my other game never arrived. I complained again and told them that I would dispute the charge on my credit card since I never received the goods (2 games out at a time) I already paid for. Their excuse was all the games I had on my que were "checked-out" by other members and that I just had to wait, if I didn't like their policy I could just cancel my membership since no one is forcing me to use them. Duh! but you guys are in a business, no one forces me to shop at Wal-Mart or fly United but I choose them since they are on of my choices. I wrote the Investment Relations and even the CEO of Gameznflix and told them how their customer service rep is treating their customers. I would love to have their shareholder read this and see all their revenue going out the door since their own people is telling their customers to cancel their membership.
