Game Vault Dollar Hunter review: Payment not received refusal to give me contact information for dispute resolution

I have played on game vault for a long time I have cash out on my very first account and after cashing out of my first account they changed my username by one letter so I've been playing on my new username for several months now and today I asked to deposit $5 and they said no problem and then I asked if I could cash out the $70 that I had one and all of a sudden my deposit was not loaded onto my account they said my account did not exist they've been arguing with me for 4 hours giving me the runaround telling me that my username it has changed all of a sudden after I wanted to cash out they refused to give me a refund they refused to transfer my winnings to my new username even though I've provided all documentation and every bit of proof even time stamps and they are telling me that I am not understanding but they are not understanding they are very poor when it comes to customer service skills and very unhelpful I need to get this resolved as soon as possible this is the main platform I play on I have never had any issues I want my money refunded and I want to cash out what I won when you pay money into a casino and you win fair and square that is your money if someone could please help me get this dispute resolved I would greatly appreciate it thanks they owe me $75 I have attached a few screenshots but I have more upon request I need this resolved as soon as possible
