I bought a Lawnmawer in June/July at Game Beacon Bay and used it twice and it stopped working by failing to start. I was told that the motor/engine is broken. I told them that if that's the case the machine is still under warranty. Their story changed I was told that the machine needs a service and I need to pay R900 and I paid it, complaining.
I used the machine three times again and the machine broke down again in May 2022, by failing to start again. I was told to pay R600 and I refused based on the fact that the machine is faulty and its still under warranty and I was told by Shaun Reddy (Tandem Durban) the supplier that since I previously paid they will fix the machine free of charge.
I don't want that machine again
It is clear that the machine is faulty, but they are refusing to agree with me. Please help me.
Country of complaint: South Africa
Address: Game Store, Mthatha Plaza
Desired outcome: I need to be paid back the money I used for the purchase of a faulty Trim Tech Lawnmawer Machine.
