Gallery Home Lighting review: Missing parts and instructions and I have to pay return shipping 1

Oh my god. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with - their customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy from here. I ordered a $375 light fixture. It was delivered without the mounting bracket (key for a massive fixture) and without instructions. It requires instructions since it uses two light boxes for mounting. I asked for support and they sent me two youtube videos that did not pertain to my issue. I asked for the part and they said I had to identify the part on my install instructions. I feel like i'm taking crazy pills! Their comments to my emails consisted of "got it" and other useless phrases. I called several times and was told the "manager was not available". Every time they emailed back that I have to pay the return shipping and insure it or else I will pay for everything. This is the most corrupt, dishonest company. Do not order from here. I order home furnishings online often and have never had such an awful experience. I am still fighting them but I just got a quote to send it back on my own dime and it is $68. I got screwed. All I can do is post this to try and save others. Do your research - they have consistent terrible reviews.
