Dear Team,

I recently chose a health insurance plan for myself and my wife with a yearly premium of ₹6,246. However, I noticed that an extra top-up plan was automatically added to my policy with a premium of ₹4,604 (Screenshot attached for reference). I would like to request removal of this top-up plan from my account promptly.

Could you please guide me through the process and let me know if there are any implications or changes to my coverage?
