Gallagher Bassett Services review: Hartford Insurance, poor TPA

I was in an accident with a Hartford Insured commercial vehicle. Gallagher handled the claim and it was horrific

Thank goodness I had full coverage with my carrier as it took Gallagher 3 weeks to accept liability. My vehicle rolled and was an obvious total loss. My insurance is now surrogating for the money they paid me

They don’t return phone calls and have zero empathy. Even managers didn’t call me back after I left messages . 2 months later my injury claim has been settled (waiting on the check)
