Future Memories review: poor quality products 1

I purchased some costumes from this company. When they arrived, they were of such poor quality that they were unusable. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they could be returned. What I was not told was that they would be returned minus my shipping charges and a 20% "restocking fee". I have now paid over $20 for something I do not even have. Their customer service department was horrible. When I asked to speak with the supervisor, I was told, "no one speaks to him." Save yourself time and money. Buy from a more reputable site!
