I ordered the Keto Gummies in December. It was buy one bottle get one free. I did not sign up for a subscription. Today I received two more bottles in mail. I do not want them, nor do I want to pay for them. There is no phone number to call only the address I gave above with an order number. It’s not even the same product I ordered first time. Last ones were green, these are orange! How can I get this to stop?
Desired outcome: To not pay for the ones I received today and not to receive anymore product in the future.

Obvioulsy this is a megafraud operation stealing funds from hundreds of citizens. I am out of 199$ for products I did not buy.
They hide all info, as the business model has primarily been designed a la Don Corleone.
Sorry to see the country descend into this unprotected lawless modes.

My dad received 5 bottles in the mail yesterday as well. They charged his account $199.88.
The company name on the bottles was "Spectrum". I looked it up by name and got no where.
I then Googled "Fulfillment Center, P.O. Box 7000, Smyrna, TN 37167" and found a number but it was disconnected. I found 4 other numbers that got me no where.
I then found
EIGHT. FOUR.FOUR. THREE.ONE.TWO. ONE.ONE.THREE.TWO.
I called once and the only option was to "press 9 for a representative" so I pressed 9. I then got a recording saying the mailbox was full.
I hung up and called the same number again and pressed 9 immediately and It went to playing music like I was on hold. After just a minute or so a woman (who barely speaks English) answered. I gave her my dads name and zip code. She said she didn't see an account with that info.
I gave her the order number that was on the slip inside the package and again she said she didn't see an account for him.
I asked her if she was a rep for the fulfillment center that has the PO Box I listed above. She said she doesn't know of such an address.
I then got a little frustrated and began to question where she was located, I asked who she actually worked for and if she was a rep for this specific fulfillment center. She seemed to get a little flustered and said, "hold on one minute while I look something up". She came back after a few seconds and said, "Ok George, (I didnt tell her it was for my dad, I just told her I was George, I am a girl *giggle*) I have your account pulled up."
I asked her what the order number was and it was the exact number I had given her but with an extra 4 on the end which is NOT on the packing slip. The order number on the slip has 8 numbers but the actual order number has 9 numbers.
Ok, so now they have found him and the order in their system. She told me if I mail them back they will refund him 100% after the return is processed in 2 to 3 weeks. She said to mail them to P.O. Box 7000 Smyrna, TN 37167 (you know, the address I asked her about before and she acted as though she had never heard of that address before). We have to mail them back at our expense but if it gets him back his two hundred dollars, I guess that's what we will do.
I asked her to send me an email with the info she had just given me. She said it will take 24 to 48 hours for the email to be sent.
I asked her what her name was. She said it was Wendy. I'm guessing that's not actually her name. Who knows.
Anyways, we will see if he gets a refund in a couple weeks.
These scammers RELY on people giving up and not holding them accountable for taking their money. They especially prey on the elderly. Most people get tired of chasing the trail and just close their bank account hoping it doesn't happen again. Be persistent! Call ALL the numbers until one works. Ask the questions. Get answers. Demand a refund. They know people aren't gonna pay attorneys five hundred dollars or more only to reclaim the two hundred dollars they were charged so they continue to get away with it. I just spent 2 hours trying to get this taken care of but we have to do it otherwise the scammers will win every single time!

Just spoke to someone at [protected] What a scam this is. Look how cheap these bottles are sold on Amazon! They get your credit card # & keep sending you bottles & charging your credit card & there is no info in packaging to contact their company, It could be poison & we wouldn’t know who to call. They told me i had signed up for a subscription, which I hadn’t. They said would only give a refund if I paid to send bottles back. I said I’m disputing with my credit card company. Someone needs to sue them & people need to be warned about their business practices. Thank you to everyone on here that provided a contact #!

I called [protected] I sent product back to them they received on the 6th on the 26th I called, they then charged a 5.00 restocking fee for every bottle returned on top of the 10.45 return shipping all this for a product I did not want in the frist place. Buy one get one free my [censored].

Here’s a number to call. [protected] just got off the phone they told me they could refund me half of what I was billed. I was charged $129 for subscription that I didn’t sign up for like most of you. I was the same. I ordered the gummy‘s thinking it was a $39, charge went on my credit card for 129. I did not sign up for a monthly subscription but I just received the second order this month and again my credit card charge for 129. So I went to ahead and canceled my credit card, got in touch with this number credit card found on my account. Someone actually answered. He told me since I have already received the product he can refund the charge. He will credit me back 35%. I said no I’ll return it since I didn’t open it and I want full refund and he said well I can credit you back 50% of the charge. I told him that I’m still a bill dispute with my credit card. at this point I’ll take that and a new credit card so hopefully I’m done with this fraudulent people whoever they are.

I went through this hassle for 5 bottles I never ordered! SUCH A SCAM!

The women will try to get your personal info - only give her the address you received these at. She will find your name and try to offer 30% back, then 70%. I had to get quite loud and belligerent to get her to agree to a full refund. I asked her what card she charged and she said it was a master card and gave me the ending 4 numbers. I don't even have a master card. Regardless - they probably charged some poor sole so I got the return info and a confirmation # and paid the USPS $12 to ship something back that I'd never ordered. So annoying!
I also asked for an email confirmation and she miraculously gave me my email address. The email was supposed to come from care@lifetimebrand.com which I've not received after mailing these back on 3/7/23. I did track them and they were delivered on 3/10/23.

I put it to order one bottle for $39. When I processed the order it gave me the receipt of over $200. 7 bottles of stuff showed up and the same- no info and no contact to be able to ship back or get my money back. It's a scam for sure!

This is quite the scam! I did the same thing, ordered the one pack of gummies to see if I would want to continue. I did not. I figured that was that. Then I started getting the gummies every month. I did not order any of it. There is no invoice inside the package. ( how sly ) Lot harder to find out contact information. So I looked up the return address and found phone numbers to a fulfillment center located in Tennessee. [protected], [protected], [protected]. They all claimed they could not find my name or order number. Then led me from one phone number to another. Figured I was at a very dead end ! Then I went to all my credit cards I thought I used and looked at the charges. I found a charge from Challenge Body Mind and called the number [protected]. I got a customer rep and she was located in New Mexico. Warning all the reps from both places have been trained the same way. Anyway... after being on hold for a bit she did find my name and number and assured me that I will get a refund and they will no longer mail product to my house. After that I put a dispute to the charge on my credit card so they can no longer charge my account. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS SUCH A SCAM ! I ALSO SPENT $ 11.00 TO MAIL ALL THE CRAP BACK !
I paid $10 per bottle to return bottles to get a refund. Involving your credit card company with all the information and let them run interference for you - it’s usually an included service. Mine handled a similar situation and got all my money back and stopped the repeated unrequested deliveries.

Call 844.241.5710 - their version of Customer Service. It's a hassle - as my product was returned - but had to call back a second time to 'authorize' the refund. Keep your tracking number for the US Post Office.
That number, 844.241.5710, isn't in service. I filed a fraud report with the FTC, changed my wife's debit cards for all of her accounts, and returned the latest package with "Cancelled" written across the package.
We doubt we will ever get a refund for any of the money. We attempted to dispute the initial charge of 199.99 with our bank. But, our bank reversed the credit they granted us. I don't know how the bank contacted the seller as they don't have a phone number listed.

I would also suggest sending emails to the customer site - they do respond to that and it is a written record.

The businesses there are all LLC's registered in Tennessee and mailing address in Tampa, Florida..all the same address and same name on the LLC registrations. A foreign registered LLC. The LLC's registered there are H&M Distribution, Sloan Health Products, F&B Cosmetics. Sloan imported gummie making machinery and bottling and labeling equipment in 2022. Just google these companies nd you will get all the information you need, including a name of the person responsible.

I don’t know how to stop my subscription. There is no phone number or email. I never signed up for a subscription- just a trial but one get one. I got 5 bottles this time. Please make it stop.
I too bought the buy two get one free of the Keto-ACV Luxe. Received them in December. This week I received 3 more bottles but gummies instead of the pills. I did not sign up for a subscription. I called them [protected] and did speak to someone. She first offered me 35% back but I told her that I wanted a full refund. I did not purchase them. She gave me a return RMA number and an address to return them. The address is P. O. Box 7000, Smyrna, TN 37167. I sent them back but if I receive a refund, we'll see. If I don't I will be cancelling my credit card so they can't charge it anymore. I knew better but I saw the advertisement with Garth Brooks and his wife and thought surely they wouldn't advertise something that was a scam. Don't know how they did it with Garth Brooks being shown, but they managed.

Same thing happened to me and the charge on my credit card was from kluxeboost [protected], I had to Google the number and found all kinds of helpful info. I did call them to which they told me they'd give me a 50% refund, I told them I was just sending their product that I never ordered back and would let my credit card handle my refund. What a pain. I hope something is done about this.
Unfortunately, I concede that I was scammed. Ordered it once in December to try (shame on me). Then I received two months more and charged $198 each month (shame on them). I disputed the charge and cancelled my card. I am also returning the gummies and pills back to them.
Nothing is safe to buy on the internet. My only safety shopping website is Amazon. That way I can always refer back to the original purchase if something goes wrong.
