On July 19th I had a LG refrigerator delivered to my home. I purchased it at the JCPenny's in Winchester Virginia. The delivery people promised me they would not scratch my Brazilian Cherry floors. But they scratched them in several different places. I called Sedgwick and put in a complaint under claim #[protected]. I talked with a Pamela Tate. She gave me her direct number at [protected]. After that I have been waiting for a call from the delivery people at FSA [protected]). I called them once and they said they would have someone get back to me. They never have. Pamela at Sedgwick said she has sent them numerous emails telling them to contact me and they never have. This is effecting my purchases at JCPenny's.
